About the Role

This role would include helping our client who is a young gentleman with a Disability who requires some assistance with daily activities. To be successful in joining our support team you will need to demonstrate ability to do the following:

Duties

As a Support Worker you will be supporting the care for the autistic client in the following capacity:

• Lead the client to achieve the very best in life and helping them work towards their goals

• Positive and respectful attitude within a welcoming family environment

• Supporting individuals that have autism and epilepsy

What we require from you

• Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent

• Minimum 12 month’s experience in home care environment/facility

• Previous experience helping clients achieve their social skills

• National Criminal History Check

• Manual Handling
