Senior Management Position – National Child Protection NFP

Foundations Care Ltd is looking for an exceptional senior operational leader who demonstrates a passion for working to achieve business outcomes under key performance indicators to fulfil a new national role of Child Youth Family Support Leader. Based in NSW or QLD (negotiable), this position is a key senior community engagement and support co-ordination leadership role with primary responsibilities focused on leading best practice supports to children and young people, their families (CYF), carers and community stakeholders across our operations throughout Australia.

The goal of CYF Support service stream is to provide secondary supports to children and young people through the provision of relationship management, facilitation and linking services and supports to achieve program and individual client outcomes. The CYF Support Leader position is tasked with strategic operational service delivery, contract management, quality assurance, service excellence and business growth and will ensure that robust systems are implemented which maximise the likelihood of bringing about positive outcomes (increased opportunities and improved quality of life) for children and young people, their families, carers and communities.

You will demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based approaches to supporting children, youth and their families to enhance life outcomes. You will be competent in leading the establishment, development and maintenance of critical relationships, partnerships and networks at community, state and national level. You will show ability and agility to implement systems and processes which maximise access to supports and deliver quality outcomes across a range of program areas and in leading responses to varying client needs and situational complexities. At all times, you will strategically analyse, plan and implement resource responses to affect the ecological supports and influences required to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes for children and young people.

You will be a person who thrives working across multiple business areas and leading effectiveness and efficiency in operations. You will be competent in understanding varying and multiple contractual obligations and be able to maintain currency of practice and flexibility to respond to contractual and business changes. You will be familiar with relevant legislation, standards, quality parameters and business practices.

We can offer a full-time role at senior level, management supervision and opportunity for career development, a base salary from $95k plus superannuation, vehicle and full salary sacrifice opportunities, relevant IT and corporate finance support, the opportunity to access flexible work arrangements including work from home – on negotiation. This role requires regular interstate travel.
