OUR CLIENT
Our clients specialising in Aged Care in the Bathurst and Orange region are urgently seeking professional and experienced Care Support Employees to join their team.
This opportunity will appeal to care employees with experience in aged care seeking to further their career whilst living in the Central West.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working alongside the wider team, your duties will centre on responsible application of care to the aged residents.
- Assisting with daily activities – including showering, grooming, dressing, feeding.
- Mobility assistance
- Social support
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support
- Experience in the aged care industry
- Empathy towards the needs of the aged is essential along with your passion for delivering high quality care.
