Job Summary & Responsibilities

ONCALL’s casual staff services department is the leading provider of staff to the sector in Victoria; providing staff to over 350 organisations across residential care, personal care, community access and in-home support.

 

What does a typical work day look like?

It will depend on which service you work in, the person you are supporting, and which shared interests you both enjoy. Every day will be different, exciting and rewarding, particularly if you have shared interests and would like to be considered for ongoing casual roster lines work available in our residential services program.


Requirements

About YOU:

> Cert IV in Disability or relevant and/or equivalent experience as a DSW, PCA or similar;

> Reliability and flexibility – capacity to adapt to changing environment;

> Friendliness, empathy and proactive with a genuine intention to work with people with disability;

> Current police check (less than 6 months old);

> Working with Children Check;

> Current First Aid level 2;

> Current CPR (annual);

> Manual handling training;

> Administration of medication training;

> International police check (if applicable);

DWES check consent.
