our client, a well known not for profit organisation are currently seeking a long term Case Manager to work in the Mental health, substance abuse or homelessness sector. Experience in this or a similar role is essential as you will be hitting the ground running.

To be considered for the role you must possess:

• Previous Case Management experience in either the mental health, substance abuse or the homelessness sector.
• The ability ro identify risk factors (to yourself and others around you)
• Excellent ability to build client relationships, motive and encourage others
• Possess the relevant qualification for the position described
• A can do attitude
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
• Be able to start immediately
