ROLE

The current workers didn’t have any previous experience as significant training will be provided but we are seeking people who’ve had some personal care experience of some kind (paid or unpaid) and who have the right attitude.
SHIFTS
As finding the right fit is of paramount importance the role will start slowly with 3 hour shifts twice per week and gradually increase over several weeks to longer shifts including sleepovers and some weekend work within the team.
JOBSEEKER REQUIREMENTS
- Mature Female candidates only
- Some previous experience with personal care support (toilet-ing, showering, dressing)
- Calm and level headed
- Confident Driver with Current Drivers Licence (car provided)
- Easy going, self assured person however not someone who talks a lot
