The role
As the Team Leader you will lead a field-based team of carers by providing them with guidance and direction to achieve exceptional customer service to our valued in customers.
The following points outline particular functionalities:
- Delighting KinCare customers by driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Ensure your field team deliver effective and efficient services against our care plans
- Develop and lead your team from induction and compliance through to on the job
- Facilitate and deliver on-going training to your team
- Drive the importance of safety, health and well-being of both customers and employees
- Maintain and promote KinCare's reputation as the quality community care provider within your community
- Be the main point of contact for customers, internal peers and stakeholders for your region/s
The opportunity
This is a full time role based in Western Sydney where you will predominantly work in field with your team, with the ability to also work from home as well as the Kincare office.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a large team
- Extensive coaching and performance management experience
- Exceptional time management skills
- You will work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Current and valid Drivers Licence
