White Oak Home Care are seeking experienced Support Workers with a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support to fill casual positions in the below Perth Metropolitan areas.

Interested candidates must be available for a minimum of five days per week or more.

We are currently urgently requiring carers in the following areas and shifts:

• West/Coastal areas from Karrinyup down to Mosman Park.
• Availability between 7am to 7.30pm weekdays and weekends is essential.

The role involves Carers providing care in the community and following the client's personal care plans, which may include the following: Showering, Medication Prompt/Administration, Toileting/Use of incontinence aids, Food Preparation, Hoisting/Transfers, Respites and Domestic Assistance duties.

Essential Criteria

• A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
• A valid driving licence
• A reliable car 
• Current vehicle registration
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Clear and Current National Police Certificate less than 6 months old
