A full time position is available for an Employment Consultant to join the team at REFAP – Onslow.

Housing is not supplied with this position.

The Employment Consultant will:

Provide job support and assistance to job seekers to assist them in obtaining employment
Assist job seekers to overcome employment barriers
Work with other Government and Community organisations to achieve shared outcomes

Selection Criteria:

Previous Employment Services and Recruitment experience
Experience dealing with Government Agencies and or Departments
Immediate level of Excel, Word and other computer programs
High level of attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
