MND NSW is seeking applications for this position. This role will assist people with MND to liaise with, activate and manage their National Disability Insurance Scheme plan and engage with a range of mainstream and disability providers to optimise outcomes for people with MND.

This position offers variety, including some travel, together with excellent and flexible working conditions. The successful applicant will be based at our Newcastle office.

Do you have:

• tertiary health, disability or community care related qualifications
• database entry skills
• a sound understanding of person centred approaches and person centred planning
• high level problems solving skills, ability to use initiative and work with minimal supervision
• strong interpersonal and clear communication skills
• a current NSW driver’s licence and car

Knowledge of MND, while an advantage is not a prerequisite as training and a comprehensive orientation program will be provided
