This large not for profit organisation has been working in the aged care space for nearly 100 years and continues to be a leader in the sector.
Role
We are currently recruiting for a case worker to undertake a part time position. The role is approx. 30hrs per week and available immediately. You will be undertaking assessments of potential clients and talking them through the various sign up processes. Your role will take you all over South East Sydney. It is an autonomous role primarily. You will require your own vehicle and will report back to the manager of the service. The role is available immediately and will suit a person who has experince in linking people with services and being able to report to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
In order to be considered for these roles you will require;
- A relevant qualification in the Aged Care field.
- Practical experience working in the sector and undertaking assessments.
- Knowledge of My Aged Care/ NDIS and registering clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Drivers Licence and car.
