The role of the Employment Services Trainer is to train Job Prospects’ staff in:
- Compliance
- Standard operating procedures
- Performance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of the Employment Services Industry is essential.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience teaching or delivering effective training programs is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in the Employment Services Industry including DES-ESS is highly desirable.
