ProCare Personnel is currently seeking experienced Residential case Worker for a 6 month contract to cover maternity leave, possible contract extentition may be available.

To be Successful

Demonstrated Residential Youth Work experience essential
Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Minimum Certificate IV level qualification in Youth Work or related field with demonstrated youth work experience
Demonstrated reporting skills and computer literacy
Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of trauma and attachment frameworks
Must have good availability for day shifts, sleep overs shifts, evenings and weekend shifts

Desirable

Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) trained
Current LCS2 check
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
