DSA is looking for additional staff for our Complex Solutions Program in Goulburn.
This program support people with a disability and /or a Mental Health diagnosis who may have had involvement with the criminal justice system/corrective services, to live independently and reach their full potential.
In this position you will provide quality support to assist our customers who live at a DSA run accommodation site to develop relationships, social networks and life skills to assist them to integrate into the community in line with their NDIA Plans.
Our ideal mentor will have relevant experience or studying a related course, a non-judgmental approach and committed to the rights of people with disabilities to be treated with respect; available to do a variety of shifts as part of a 24/7 roster (DSA happily offers flexible rosters).
A current Driver's Licence (Minimum Green P Plate) Police check and a full Working with Children Check Clearance are a requirements of these positions.
