The Role: As our Client Services team is expanding rapidly in the WA Market, we are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator - Scheduler. You will be responsible for the successful coordination in the delivery of client services and staff activities to ensure we deliver exceptional service that enable our clients to lead enriched lives. This is a Permanent Full Time position based in the Enrich Living Services Head Office in West Perth, WA. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line contact for existing client enquiries and staff rostering/service provision queries;
  • Develop and maintain a client schedule and master roster that matches client service requests with staff and/or external service providers in a manner that: best meets client preferences, meets program guidelines, ensures staffing preferences are considered, maximises but does not exceed client budgets and  maximises travel and cost efficiencies;
  • Coordinate changes to the client/staff schedule and roster so that services are provided in an uninterrupted, consistent manner;
  • Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensure the effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and charges;
  • Communicate changes to the Regional Manager, Client Services Team and the client/client representative, ensuring appropriate escalation in line with organisational process.

 

The successful person for this role will have high standards of communication and customer service skills, have well developed interpersonal skills and outstanding written skills.  In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Desire to deliver the highest standards of client service and collaboration with internal team members;
  • Experience using IT systems, databases and scheduling software;
  • National Police Certificate current within the past 6 months;
  • A valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
