Lifestyle Support Assistant / Community Care
Envigor Home Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lifestyle Support Assistant to join our friendly team located at Sinnamon Park.
To be successful in this role you must be flexible and prepared to work across all shifts 24/7.
If you are energetic, looking for a new challenge and have sincere empathy for working with older people and supporting them to remain in their own home we want to hear from you.
This position is a casual position with the prospect of part-time. By becoming part of our team, you will enjoy the benefits of Envigors' own Home Care Enterprise Agreement.

Selection Criteria
You must hold;
- Current National Police Check / Yellow Card
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Certificate III in Home and Community Care or Certificate III in Disability
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current Drivers License with own fully insured vehicle
- Current Manual Handling Certificate (highly desirable)
- Current Medication Competency (highly desirable)
- Community Care experience
- Demonstrated ability to embrace the philosophy of aged care that promotes dignity, independence and advocacy
- Empathy for and desire to work with the aged
- Good verbal and written communication skills
