Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking 2 staff who are outgoing/enthusiastic and energetic Disability Support Workers. They will be required to support two individuals with a variety of support needs, to include personal cares, domestic assistance, meal prep and cooking, assistance with medication, and/or community access, leisure and recreational activities as well as provide companionship, emotional support and promote client independence. Peg training is highly desirable.
Position 1 Monday to Friday: will be required to work a six day rotation, two mornings 6am to 10am, two evenings 3pm to 9pm, two days off. Weekends: will be required to work between either 6.30am to 2pm or 12pm to 9pm
Position 2 Monday to Friday: will be required to work a six day rotation, two morning shifts normally 7.30am to 2pm, two evening shifts 3:20pm to 8:30pm. Weekends: will be required to work between either 8.00am to 2pm or 5.30pm to 8.30pm

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Blue and Yellow Cards (or able to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR (or able to obtain)
- Minimum of a Cert 3 in Disabilities
- Relevant experience
- Driver's license, insured vehicle
