  • Fixed term maternity leave cover until 30 January 2019
  • Part Time - 22.5 hours per week

Social Futures works to achieve social justice for regional Australians by supporting individuals, families and communities to take control and live well. We work to create positive change in people's lives and connected, resilient communities.

The position forms part of a team within the Connecting Home Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) comprising of Accommodation and Support, Specialist Complex Case and Youth Housing Support which will be delivered through the Communities North Consortium. The role of the position is to provide a quality, integrated and no wrong door first response to the needs of young people, adults and families, NGO's, government and the community more broadly.

We are seeking a case manager passionate about supporting clients, which in this role is to a large extent via phone based assessment. The role also encompasses some direct service provision, service promotion and community development tasks.
