The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available at our Nowra site for a Full Time Employment Adviser who is enthusiastic and passionate about empowering jobseekers to find employment.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will provide a caseload of jobseekers with high quality, timely, professional recruitment services which lead to employment outcomes.
We Need
- DES experience (highly regarded)
- Sound knowledge of employer and jobseeker needs
- An understanding of the labour market in the local community
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employers
- Solid administration and computer skills
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI's
- Previous experience in customer service
- Current and valid driver’s licence
