Sylvanvale is seeking a passionate and experienced Site Manager for our supported living home in Caringbah.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing a high quality service and have direct responsibility for day-to-day management of staff, budgets and resources. You will assign resources to meet organisation and customer needs, implementing actions and measures to resolve causes.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting people with complex health needs
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and creating a positive team culture
- Efficient in risk assessments and documentation
- Knowledge of standards, relevant legislation and agencies involved with people with disabilities
- Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and problem solving
- Good computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to interpret, collate and report on data
- Proven ability to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work and/or experience in a similar role
- Current Unrestricted Class C NSW drivers’ licence
- Current Working With Children clearance or the ability to obtain
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job, including driving and remaining in a seated position to perform tasks
