Sylvanvale is seeking a passionate and experienced Site Manager for our supported living home in Caringbah.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing a high quality service and have direct responsibility for day-to-day management of staff, budgets and resources. You will assign resources to meet organisation and customer needs, implementing actions and measures to resolve causes.

Essential Experience: 

• Proven experience in supporting people with complex health needs
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team and creating a positive team culture
• Efficient in risk assessments and documentation
• Knowledge of standards, relevant legislation and agencies involved with people with disabilities
• Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and problem solving
• Good computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to interpret, collate and report on data
• Proven ability to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships

Mandatory Requirements: 

• Tertiary qualification in Social Work and/or experience in a similar role
• Current Unrestricted Class C NSW drivers’ licence
• Current Working With Children clearance or the ability to obtain
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job, including driving and remaining in a seated position to perform tasks
