OCTEC is seeking a talented Manager to lead our DES teams in Northern and Inner Sydney from sites at Surry Hills, Chatswood, North Ryde and Dee Why.
The successful applicant will thrive on the challenge of leading a team working from multiple sites to motivate job seekers and educate employers in the benefits of employing people with disability. You will oversee the delivery of case management, reverse marketing and post placement support to both job seekers and employers. Employer relationship management is a critical part of the role.
You will need very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and extensive knowledge of local labour markets.
