.About the role:
Drake Medox is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a young boy based in Reservoir who requires support between the hours of 3 – 6pm 3 days a week .Essential criteria for the role include exposure and experience in working with children and intellectual disabilities.
You will also be required to hold a Victorian drivers license along with a registered and roadworthy vehicle.Main duties will include but not limited to:
Picking up the client from school 3 days a week and assisting him with any school work as well as accompanying him in a community style setting 1 day on the weekend.
Flexibility and a positive attitude is highly regarded – we want this child to move forward and help achieve his goals of starting and settling into a new school, going to lots of activities and making lots of new friends!

Mandatory Requirements:- Current National Police Check
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
- Working with children’s check
- Current Victorian drivers licence with a roadworthy and registered carThe successful candidate would desirably have:
- Exposure to working with children that have an intellectual disability
- Experience as a support worke
