Randstad is seeking an EL1 Fundraising Manager to commence work immediately.
The full-time position is located in Canberra and available for immediate start for a period of up to 12 months at a fantastic cultural institution.
About the role:
The Fundraising Manager will:
- Establish and manage a range of fundraising programs including community fundraising and workplace giving to achieve the cultural institution’s revenue targets.
- Design and implement internal donation procedures to support a positive, streamlined donor experience.
- Drive digital fundraising to improve online donor acquisition and increase income (in conjunction with the Digital Experience Section)
- Develop and implement quality integrated fundraising campaigns promoting giving to the cultural institution
- Develop donor care processes that support meaningful engagement and integrate with CRM, Finance and CMS systems.
- Manage, with assistance, a program within the cultural institution
- Perform day-to-day functions as required by the Head of Communications and Marketing and the Communications and Marketing section within the context of the cultural institution and its role.
About you:
The successful candidate will need the following key skills:
- Experience in a similar fundraising management role, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Able to commence work immediately
