Possability is a for-purpose organisation that provides a wide range of disability services, child and youth services, training and supported employment through several social enterprises. Possability is the trading name for all disability services and child and youth services that we deliver in Tasmania and Victoria.
We are currently offering a full time positions as a Service Planner located in our Burnie office. The Service Planner role is the first point of contact for clients and families seeking support services from Oak Possability, and works closely with our operations team, to ensure internal client consultation is regular and relevant and maintains minimum standard compliance with standardised reporting procedure's.
The successful applicant for this position will be able to demonstrate; an ability to work independently and remain motivated, experience in managing challenging work environments, the ability to work cohesively as part of a diverse team and work collaboratively with families, clients, team members and stakeholders.
