We at Simply Elite have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Manager to join our clients team as an Multi-Site Manager within a service driven industry. Responsibilities of this dynamic Management role include:

• Operational management - driving business development initiatives and overall profitability of your assigned area.
• People leadership -  whilst conducting budget preparations and cost management of your locations, along with ensuring the development, tracking and reporting of performance and action plans in collaboration with your team.
• A strong business development focus - with active engagement in the community, while ensuring that a friendly and positive working environment is maintained where business outcomes, customer service, and staff capability and cooperation are the focus.

You're our person if you:

• You have solid experience in management roles within a service-driven environment.
• Are a born leader with an ability to mentor, motivate and inspire whilst being a strong brand ambassador and living up the company's values of collaboration, accountability, responsiveness and excellence.
• Have proven experience driving performance and growth against business' key performance indicators, and can proudly demonstrate such achievements.
• Solid experience maintaining relationships across a range of professionals at a senior level.
• Hold a passion for process improvements, change management and financial accountability.
• A hands-on approach to do what it takes to excel, with a do-what-it-takes mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure with confidence, drive and enthusiasm, as well as excellent decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable with working within a sensitive environment, and the exposure to grief, and able to display a high level of maturity and empathy.
