This organisation based in Melbourne- South specialises in the provision of telephone health services to a board range of client organisations, and is currently seeking a number of motivated registered nurse looking to expand their experience and work in an office based role.
The role involves taking calls from employees of client organisations, traiging, logging calls, following up and recording data.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Excellent coaching to patients over the telephone
• Providing confidential health care advice
• Triaging to successfully return patients to work
• Encouraging behavioural change of customers
To be eligible you will need the following:
• APHRA Registered Nurse
• Prior Telehealth or similar an advantage
• Aged Care/Palliative experience
• Available to work shifts
