About the Opportunity
Housing & Homelessness Workers play a key role in successfully delivering the Going Home Staying Home (GHSH) program which aims to help reduce homelessness in the Cooma region.
The position is closed-period part-time (0.8FTE) working weekdays until 30 June 2020.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver a prevention and early intervention response to eligible clients
- Provide triage response to urgent housing requests
- Manage referrals
- Assist active clients and help develop exit plans
