We are currently recruiting:                                

We are currently recruiting an Aboriginal Outreach Worker, either on a part-time (minimum 4 days per week) or full-time basis. The position aims to support the delivery of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities through improving access to health care, health screening, chronic disease management and health promotion.

The position is based in Goulburn and is until 30th June 2019, with the possibility of extension. 

The Aboriginal Outreach Worker will work as part of a team to support the community to promote community engagement, coordinate events, health promotion activities, health appointments and clinics that contribute to support the wellbeing of the individual and community.

Salary dependent on the applicant’s qualifications and level of experience with salary packaging available. 

Our team:

Join our dynamic, supportive and flexible team to provide clinical and preventative health services to local Aboriginal communities in Southern NSW. The Aboriginal Health Teams are multi-disciplinary team of Enrolled and Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, Aboriginal Outreach Workers and Care Coordinators, supported by a variety of Specialists and Allied Health Workers.
