Permanent Part-Time (0.63 EFT negotiable)
Bass Coast Health is growing servcies and is now seeking a highly committed and enthusiastic Grade 3 Social Worker to lead the inpatient and communtiy based Social Work team. Alonsgside three other Team Coordinators, you will report to the Manager of Social Work and Counselling and will have both a clinical and non-clinical role.
To be considered for this exciting new position the following will be required:
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Eligibility for membership of Australian Association of Social Workers
- Current driver’s licence, police check and working with children check
- Experience across a variety of Social Work practice areas
- Proven ability to provide professional standard leadership and direction to a Team.
- Demonstrated training and experience in professional supervision with a commitment to provide regular supervision to Social Work Team members.
- Ability to monitor, maintain and review Social Work referral systems.
- Proven understanding of psycho-social issues, and the under-pinning structural and systemic causes and application of a range of Social Work models.
- Understanding of the quality improvement model
