About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Administration & Customer Service Officer within the ComPacks Team! The ComPacks Team helps maximise a client’s quality of life and provide support for them to continue living independently in the community.  In this role you will provide support the ComPacks Intake Team by:

  • Managing referrals received by professionals in a  timely manner
  • Determine the eligibility of referrals received using ComPacks guidelines
  • Maintaining contact with a range of professionals to gather information and confirm appointments
  • Scheduling calendars and managing appointments for Client Advisers / case management
  • Maintaining accurate client records in an in-house database

About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer/client service to both clients and stakeholders via telephone and email.
  • Evidence of liaising with external stakeholders and professionals in the Disability and/or Aged Care Sector Desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge on prioritisation of a busy workload and evidence of dealing with a complex caseload
  • Knowledge of supports and services in the community that people can be linked to
  • Experience of working to meet agreed KPIs
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office suite and exposure and/or ability to acquire skills for in-house client database systems
