As a Disability Support Worker at Minda you will support customers in all areas of their everyday life whether it be the practical tasks around daily living, helping people access the community or providing opportunities to increase or maintain independence.
These particular roles will be based in our Supported Independent Living teams. These teams provide support to people with a disability who are living in Minda owned and/or operated homes. The roles are within our Brighton North accommodation based in North Brighton. This is a permanent part time position of 30 hours rostered over 7 days.

We require our people to be both adaptable and flexible for both our customers and their families. The hours of work and locations can vary as we meet our customers ever evolving service requirements.
In addition to the above, the essential requirements of this role are as follows:
- Certificate III in Disability / Individual Support (or recognised equivalent);
- experience supporting people with disability and challenging behaviours;
- a current Senior First Aid Certificate;
- a current and valid unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence; and
- a current DCSI Child clearance
