IDV is one of the largest not-for profit organisations in Melbourne’s northern regions supporting adults with a disability. We provide support to our participants to realise and achieve their goals and aspirations with a strong focus on community.
IDV is seeking enthusiastic and passionate people to join our team and support our participants towards the achievement of their lifetime goals and ambitions.
Casual shifts are available in the areas of Day Service or Shared Supported Accommodation (Residential) dependant on preference and experience.
About you:
IDV is looking for team members with the following qualities;

- Commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for people with a disability, supporting them to achieve their individual goals and aspirations
- A strong belief in respect, dignity and choice
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage own workload as well as make a positive contribution to a positive team environment
- Professionalism and ability to contribute to quality and continuous improvement
What you need:
- Certificate IV in Disability
- A current First aid and CPR certificate (minimum level 2)
- Current Victorian Drivers License
- Willingness to undertake a national police criminal records check and DWES check.
