IPA are looking to fill the role of Employment Consultant for our client who is a jobactive provider in Emerald.
This is a job with a great purpose, to assist more Australians into employment and training opportunities.
The role of Employment Consultant will see you assisting a caseload of people with varying barriers and work capacities into meaningful employment.
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conduct initial assessments of jobseekers
- Case management
- Build and maintain supportive relationships with jobseekers
- Data entry and database management
- Connecting and establishing relationships with employers
- Market job seekers to businesses
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in working to targets and KPI's
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and compliance capabilities
- High level of organisational skills
If you have experience in a similar role that is great, but it is Not essential.
