What is the role?

Based in Alice Springs we have an opportunity for an individual to join our Customer Service Delivery team in the capacity of Support Manager.   Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Support Manager is accountable for leading teams that provides support to people with a disability, in a personalised environment, as part of a multi- disciplinary team.

Who are you?

You are someone who gets excited by innovation. You believe all people are equal. You can promise a reliable, responsive, flexible, friendly, empathetic and caring service. In addition you possess the following relevant skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability Services (or similar field)
  • Demonstrated experience working within a Community Services setting, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience leading and supporting teams
  • Understanding the importance of return to country and culture
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Ochre Card
  • Clearance of a Police check
  • Current "Provide First Aid" Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
