About the Role
As an outstanding Employment Placement Consultant with a proven record of high achievement in results and outcomes in Morwell, we look to you to develop our clients through:
- Strategically and proactively brokering safe, meaningful and sustainable new employment by utilising your comprehensive networking skills and leads
- Proactively collaborating with treating health professionals in supporting your client base in their return to work.
- Delivering practical, motivational and structured training for job seekers 1:1 and group delivery modes.
- Accurate and informative record-keeping and timely reporting.
About you!
You are an accomplished written, phone and face-to-face communicator who demonstrates exceptional employment outcomes and financial accountabilities. With a relentless customer service focus, you are an engaging professional with a proven track record as a rehabilitation consultant, or placing disadvantaged job seekers with a new employer. Based from our Morwell office, you know the labour markets thoroughly, and you are accustomed to regional travel as part of your role. You direct job seekers to employers who are committed to supporting long-term employment placement. You will easily gel with a high performing and motivated team.
