About the Role
We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team to enhance the quality of life of clients by providing person-centered support and care promoting wellness and reablement and in respect to client’s choice and lifestyle preferences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent or current student working toward a Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing.
The successful applicant will:
- Have or be willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Be willing to undergo a Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience in working in the Aged Care industry
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Conditions of employment and salary will be pursuant to an applicable Award. Successful applicants will be required to undergo police and pre-employment medical checks.
