DPV Health is seeking a NDIS Support Coordinator to work with people who have a NDIS  individual funding plan (IFP) and their families to assist them in developing a package of services to support their needs within the IFP.  The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and a thorough understanding or the NDIS.

Applicants must have:

• A strong knowledge of disability either through qualifications or demonstrated experience in the field. 
• Knowledge and understanding of NDIS support and requirements.
• Ability to work with people with a disability of all ages and their families or carers.
• A strong attention to detail
