About the Role
Due to business growth across Sydney we are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to manage and lead our business operations across Chatswood and Ryde locations.
The Business Manager is a critical leadership position with a high level of responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of the sites. To be successful in this role you will clearly demonstrate an innate talent to develop successful community and employment stakeholder relationships, as well as motivate and develop team members.
Proven success in achieving favourable outcomes through progressive management of staff, budgets and marketing is essential; in conjunction with a thorough understanding of the employment services contract compliance and program management requirements.
Keys to the success of this role are:
Demonstrate solid experience within Employment Services;
Strong commercial acumen;
Demonstrate a drive for results with a strong customer focus and commitment to a customer service culture;
Excellent people management skills and ability to lead teams;
Thorough knowledge of contracts and program objectives;
