Relationships Australia SA (RASA) is a dynamic community services organisation that delivers a broad range of programs and services. The Client Services program is the face of the organisation. It provides referrals and service options for clients who are in need of assistance through our various support programs.
The Senior Client Services Officer (SCSO) will lead their team in providing frontline services to clients and managing complex client enquiries, including assessing client needs both face to face and by phone. This is a new role to the team you will be working with, and your day-to-day presence at the frontline will be essential to supporting the team. Change happens frequently in this team, and the SCSO is a vital part of leading the team in implementing changes.
This is the perfect role to apply your leadership experience in a customer service environment, and it comes with the support and guidance to build experience in the Community Services sector. Essential Requirements:
- Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
- Experience in delivering client services across multiple service programs within the community services industry, or equivalent experience.
- A DCSI - Child Related Employment Screening Clearance is essential and employment is not able to commence without a current clearance.
Desirable:
- Experience in leading a team to work in collaboration with leaders and professional staff to provide an efficient and effective service for clients.
