Are you an organised people person who enjoys working in a high energy environment?
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships is a key focus of this fast paced, diverse role. Using your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will successfully market our clients to local employers to assist them to meet their vacancy needs, while finding clients suitable and sustainable employment. In addition, you will work with a caseload of clients, running group sessions to enhance their job seeking and employability skills.
You will be regularly out and about visiting local businesses to identify vacancy opportunities therefore, a current driver’s licence is essential for this role.
This role is offered on a full time, ongoing basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm and training will be provided.

- Interest in running group sessions (eg. job search and training);
- Ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, Indigenous clients, ex-offenders, youth and disadvantaged groups; and
- Intermediate administrative skills.

Remuneration
By way of guidance, the salary range for this position is $49K to $60K. A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
