Position Summary:
This position promotes effective and coordinated approaches to supporting people with complex needs and high risk tenancies. The coordinator leads an area based approach to ensure integrated service delivery and better outcomes for clients. The role aims to improve service delivery by tailoring approaches that respond to local area issues. This role also offers the opportunity to drive system changes through capacity building and taking a strategic approach to the development and monitoring of services and implementation of departmental priorities.
