This is a great role for someone who enjoys multitasking as there is a need to juggle customer service enquires and administration tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling staff & updating weekly rosters
- Responding to customer service inquires
- Responding to changes in worker availability
- Supporting recruitment & onboarding of new staff
Require candidates with:
- Excellent phone manner
- Customer services experience
- Experience workforce scheduling
The role will work regular office hours from 9am-5pm.
