La Vita Care is an in-home care provider that specialises in providing care and support services for people who are elderly or living with a disability.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys multitasking as there is a need to juggle customer service enquires and administration tasks.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling staff & updating weekly rosters
  • Responding to customer service inquires
  • Responding to changes in worker availability
  • Supporting recruitment & onboarding of new staff  

 

Require candidates with:

  • Excellent phone manner
  • Customer services experience
  • Experience workforce scheduling

 

The role will work regular office hours from 9am-5pm.
