An exceptional opportunity exists for a Post Placement Support Consultant who will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Job Access team! You will be working across our Ringwood and Wantirna office. 

The Job

• Achieve KPI's linked to ensuring jobseekers remain in sustainable employment
• Supporting employers by making available appropriate resources to ensure job seekers remain in employment
• Supporting jobseekers through identifying intervention solutions, mentoring and coaching alongside the job seeker's dedicated employment consultant to ensure sustainable employment
• Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

• Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
• Proactive approach to achieving targets and working to compliance standards
• Strong communication skills and able to deal with a diverse range of people
• Ambitious, passionate and results driven
• Demonstrated experience remaining calm and responsive under pressure
