About the Role

This is an exciting and unique position where you will be responsible for the development and growth of Council's KRANK School Holiday and Live Well Logan programs. The role will focus heavily on increasing participation numbers across the City and will work closely with community stakeholders to build on the success of the existing programs.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience developing, delivering, evaluating and analysing community programs and proven effectiveness in supervising and providing leadership
  • Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to prepare professional reports, strategies, grants and correspondence
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating groups and maintaining strong professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A high degree of autonomy and ability in managing several priorities at any one time
  • Experience managing project budgets including monitoring and allocating expenditure
