Our Client is currently recruiting for Support Workers for temporary contracts based in a the community. 
  
This role will involve;

• Supporting clients with social activities
• Promoting independence  
• Supporting clients over the ages of 65yrs+
• Assisting clients with personal care 

The requirements for this role include;

• Minimum certificate III in community services or similar
• Experience in Palliative and personal Care 
• Current NSW drivers licence and fully ensured motor vehicle 
• Previous experience working within aged care or the disability sector
• Enthusiastic and reliable 

This contract is full time and has the opportunity to become an ongoing position
