About the role
As a Client Services Officer (CSO), working with our Melbourne team you will play a key role in liaising with our employees, customers and their families to ensure that our services and interactions are exceptional. You will be part of a dynamic team that organises client care and service requirements including data entry, preparing rosters that ensure efficient use of our employees and utilisation of various portals to provide timely communication between all stakeholders. As a CSO you will need to make use of your excellent time management skills to effectively answer and resolve a high volume of in-bound calls.
What you bring
- Rostering and scheduling experience (desirable)
- Experience in a client focused position with a commitment to the delivery of quality services
- Proactive atitude and ability to multitask between phones, emails and scheduling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience in using computer and software packages
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients
