  As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will model a person centred approach, identifying and implementing programs that reflect the personal and lifestyle needs of our Residents. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing a comprehensive program of activities designed to enhance the psychological, social, emotional, physical wellbeing and overall quality of life for our residents, consumers and clients.

To join our dynamic and caring team, you must have:

• A completed Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
• Experience in programming a variety of activities of interest for residents with varying degrees of needs, (physical disabilities, and cognitive deficits)
• Experience with dimentia and challenging behaviours (desirable)
• Proven experience in coordinating group activities, special events and outings
• Excellent documentation skills and able to assess and evaluate resident's progress and ongoing care plans
• 2-3 year experience in similar role (desirable)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality
• Availability to work 75 hour per fortnight
