Working equally with our job seekers and employers, you are tasked with finding employment opportunities for our clients. You will do this by door knocking, cold calling and using your existing contacts to find job vacancies that are suitable for our job seekers skills and abilities. On the flip side, you will work closely with a small caseload of job seekers to make sure they are well prepared to enter the workforce. This may include you supporting them in their application and visits to prospective employers.

We are looking for a motivated person with a can do attitude who is willing to put in the hard yards. You must find the prospect of hitting performance targets exciting and your resilience will ensure you do not falter in your quest to match our clients to jobs. Whilst your sales focus and business relationship skills are of the utmost importance, competent administrative skills are also required as you will be required to complete administrative tasks to meet our compliance standards.

A drivers licence, police check and working with children check are required on commencement.

This is a full time position which can be based at our Horsham or Ararat site. You will be required to travel and work from both sites, plus Stawell at least one day per week.
