The Role
A rare opportunity is available for an experienced Employment Services guru to join the Sureway team as Area Manager- Goulburn Murray.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will work across our Wodonga, Corowa, Yarrawonga, Rutherglen, Wangaratta, Benalla and Mansfield sites to achieve our purpose of “changing lives, building stronger communities”.
The Area Manager – Goulburn Murray will be tasked with leading, motivating and supporting their team, establishing standards of performance, providing ongoing evaluation and monitoring of performance and supporting the Regional Manager in achieving outcomes in line with the business plan.
We Need
- 2 + years operational management experience
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills
- Performance focused with proven ability to manage teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
- Proven presentation, budgeting, time management and planning skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship building
- The ability to hand complex and sensitive issues with discretion
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Current drivers licence (travel required)
Previous experience in the Employment Services industry will be held in high regard, as will a qualification in Business Management.
