Salary package between $128,000 and $133,000 + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Options

The Disability Trust has its roots firmly in the community, having been established in 1974 to help children with disabilities and their families in the Illawarra. In recent years we have grown substantially, and now have approximately 1400 permanent and casual staff providing care for more than 4000 clients. Commencing as WorkAbility in 1991, The Disability Trust services in the Far South Coast and Snowy-Monaro continue to develop supporting local community needs. 

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Manager to join The Disability Trust to continue to lead our dedicated teams delivering outstanding quality services and will continue to grow and diversify our business in the South Coast and Snowy Monaro region.

The senior management role will see you building and managing the Southern Region service provision and workforce. You will lead the strategic vision of the region and the organisation through the senior management structure.  With an office based in Bega, you are responsible for services across the Far South Coast and Snowy Monaro region.  The successful applicant must be willing and able to travel between offices based in Bega, Batemans Bay and Cooma. You will be committed to implementing The Disability Trust's Vision, Mission and Values to provide opportunities for everyone to live, work and belong in an inclusive world.

What we are looking for:

• An autonomous and adept people manager with experience managing teams.
• Professionalism and great customer service skills.
• You're a natural communicator, a visionary and committed to the continuation of driving the teams through growth and change.
• Possess indepth knowledge of the NDIS model.
• You are dynamic and enthusiastic but steady and excited by all things process!
• You understand the strong community focus in the Far South Coast and Snowy-Monaro Region and hold connections within, willing to maintain and build on these for our vision for an inclusive community.
• You're highly energetic with a strong entrepreneurial streak so that you are able to market The Disability Trust's services to the community.
• Drivers licence and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle.
• Current Working with Children check.
• Cleared Criminal Record Check obtained within 12 months.
